Live programme from autumn 2024

Our live and hybrid learning programmes will always include visits to industrial locations and conversations with the people who are doing the work. Tailored skills workshops and networking will support learning and planning to transform how businesses operate.

Taster

Introduce the new skills agenda

A half or full day trip to introduce, inspire and exchange transformative skills. Online preparatory and debrief sessions frame a live visit and hands-on skills workshop at an industrial site.

Field Trip

Intensive sessions to create action

An immersive experience over 1.5 to 2 days allows for extended group time, deeper collaborative work and skills practice or an extended examination of specific themes and topics. 

Fellowship

Accelerating change through practice and reflection

An extended learning cohort meeting monthly over 6-9 months, with a mix of live visits and online sessions, focused on mastering specific high value skills. Extended group time and deep-dive workshops foster collaboration, reflection and action planning.
